Growing up in Washington State, Lora loves to be outdoors. Her best friend as a child was her horse. She always dreamed of having many animals someday. When she arrived in New Mexico as a young woman she could not believe the sun could shine so bright, and the sky you could see for miles. She was seventeen when she moved to Santa Fe, She and her mother moved from the green grass of Washington to New Mexico's High Desert country.
Lora moved to the East Mountains soon after that and has been here for most of her adult life. She knows the area better than anyone in the area, she has traveled the entire state and knows everything about real estate and ranching in New Mexico. She is the owner of Prairewood Ranch in the east mountains, raising Miniature Goats, and Paint Horses, and other animals, she also has many awards as one of the top goat breeders in the country, talented in many fields she does most of her own veterinarian work on her Ranch.
